At Pharmallama.com, we strive to ensure your orders are delivered to your satisfaction. However, in the rare event that your order is unsatisfactory, we are happy to accept returns for orders, if:
• You’ve Received An Item(S) That Does Not Match Your Order
• The Item(S) Were Damaged In Transit Or Shortage (Delivery Of Such Order To Be Refused At Doorstep)
Note: If you notice the package is damaged at the time of delivery, please do not accept the order. If you could not check that the order is damaged at the time of delivery, raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery by calling us at 8047167555. Replacement for the damaged item (s) is subject to availability in stock. In absence of a replacement, a refund will be issued.
Returns are subject to the following conditions:
• Items being returned should only be in their original packaging i.e. with labels, bar-code.
• Batch number of the product being returned should match as mentioned on the sales invoice
• Original sales invoice has to be returned for processing returns and refunds.
Refund against Return:
- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers can choose to get their refund on Return(s) through one of the below options. The refund shall be initiated within 5 days from the date of return pickup.
- Refund credited to the Bank Account entered by the customer at the time of initiating the return request. In case of transaction failure due to invalid bank account details, Pharmallama reserves the right to refunding the amount to the Pharmallama Wallet of the customer.
- Refund credited to the Bank Account associated with the UPI ID entered by the customer at the time of initiating the return request.
- As a general rule, all the orders placed through any mode of payment can be cancelled as per the following provisions or constraints:
- When the order is placed and is not dispensed, dispatched, shipped or ready to be delivered as well as is not under transit, may be cancelled by the customer with full refund of the value of the amount paid at the time of the placement of the order.
- When the order is placed and is dispensed, dispatched, shipped or ready to be delivered, may be cancelled by the customer whereby with a cancellation charge of ₹750/-(against packaging, customisation and back and forth logistics cost) which shall be deductable from the total refundable amount.
- When the order is placed, is ready to be delivered and is under transit, no refund shall be allowed.
- All cancellations are as per the interpretation and decision of the service provider(Pharmallama), whereby the service provider reserves the right to reject the cancellation request as per its convenience without any explaination to do so.
